Dr Shaban is very nice and professional but the office staff is very unprofessional.Not willing to help sick patients at all. We missed an appointment by mistake as we had lost the appointment card.I was told i have to pay a $50 fee for no call no show which i was fine paying.I told them i dont live in windsor and i will pay it when i arrive to see the doctor as i dont have any problem paying it.The girl on the phone was so rude as she said she doesnot care if i dont live in windsor ,i would have to go and drive all the way ... read more

Listen everybody, Dr. JOE took care of me over 14 years ago. I had a toxic multinodular goitre that was hyperactive. This man saved my life. It took a year of therapy and regulating medication to help my thyroid come out of its hyperactivity and return to normal function. He is a genius and to this day I still love and respect him!
