Receptionists are like his robots! They wont even go back to ask him a simple question or anything. Its like they are scared of him!!! They'll just say he has strict rules and guidelines. He does not fax any prescriptions to your pharmacy, even in an emergency which is not right! At then end of an appointment he will give you a paper with when he wants to see you again to give to the receptionist. Dr Shaban is one of the best doctors in Canada I was with him since I was pregnant 2023 He is very responsible doctor really like him And also recommend to all the pregnant women and the women how are trying to conceive and they and diabetic or have thyroid problems
Dr Shaban is very nice and professional but the office staff is very unprofessional.Not willing to help sick patients at all. We missed an appointment by mistake as we had lost the appointment card.I was told i have to pay a $50 fee for no call no show which i was fine paying.I told them i dont live in windsor and i will pay it when i arrive to see the doctor as i dont have any problem paying it.The girl on the phone was so rude as she said she doesnot care if i dont live in windsor ,i would have to go and drive all the way ... read more
