Receptionists are like his robots! They wont even go back to ask him a simple question or anything. Its like they are scared of him!!! They'll just say he has strict rules and guidelines. He does not fax any prescriptions to your pharmacy, even in an emergency which is not right! At then end of an appointment he will give you a paper with when he wants to see you again to give to the receptionist.
