Always attentive, professional, supportive, and compassionate, not just Dr. Shaarawy, but his staff, as well.
The people who work here, both the staff and the doctor, are the most rude, asinine, and inconsiderate medical professionals I’ve ever encountered. My wife has spent literally dozens of hours on the phone with them trying to explain to them how to do their own job, because they are ill-informed about insurance, pre-authorizations, and the like.
