Changing my 5-star review to 1 star after 2 years. This place is apparently “walk-in” until a relative of the owner shows up, then the rules disappear and the barbers seem expected to just let it happen. You can sit there waiting for 2 hours while someone else acts like they own the shop and jumps the line. I’ve referred people here over the years, and I’ll be telling them exactly why I no longer recommend it. Word of mouth works both ways.

Shaan's did what Chatters couldn't. I love my haircut! I showed a few photos from Pinterest, the stylist took a moment and de-li-vered! We had some communication issues...I knew that going in. I do not speak Punjabi and so we had broken English, gestures, and smiles to help us navigate the appointment. I will be returning for future haircuts.
