Got a great haircut today from them, and I’m really very happy with my new look great job and enthusiastic people working over there…..
I had a very disappointing experience with Raman. I clearly told her not to straighten my hair as I needed a blow dry style, but she went ahead and straightened it anyway. When I told her I didn’t like it, instead of acknowledging the mistake, she got irritated and defensive — which was very unprofessional. On top of that, the haircut itself was poorly done. Very poor service waited for two and a half hours and left without getting a haircut?!
Just took my 13 year old son there for the first time. He’s incredibly happy with his new look. Would definitely recommend. They take their time know what they’re doing and it shows in the cut.
