I had a very disappointing experience at Shaan Cambridge. While picking up a paratha from the freezer section, the package was faulty and it fell open onto the floor near the freezer. Out of courtesy, I informed the cashiers, even though they hadn’t seen it happen. To my shock, while cashing out, they insisted I pay for the parathas that fell — even after I explained that it was clearly a packaging issue. They have great meat options.if you're looking for halal meat. Friendly staff and decent prices items.
