Terrible service. Preordered a brisket 7 days ahead go to pick it up and they’re saying they have it to someone else just come back tomorrow. Unbelievably horrible service in the meat department manager didn’t even care just said get it tomorrow.
Customer first is old saying and I still believe on it but looks like Shan food shift Manager not aware or at least not demonstrated yesterday . Very bad customer service by the grocery store shift manager. My wife purchased some sweets which was supposed to be brown, but once opened, it looked whitish and dry. Probably due to dryness or storage but taste was also not good.
