Dr. Joules has been an absolute joy! She is easy to schedule with. She listens with a non judgemental emphatic ear. She is incredibly nice and sweet! When I meet with her, I feel as if I am in a safe environment. She has made a HUGE difference in my life.
Dr. Joules is 1. Very hard to schedule with! She has these VERY unprofessional receptionist that could care less about if you get in the office in a timely manner. 2. When you show urgency to be seen, they will prolong your process ever more, and since Dr. Joules does not hold to her word with other Doctors offices she will agree. I am very unsure if she even knows what a diagnosis is or if she even went to school!
