this place was ok. I went to this place bc I had no where else to go but my mistake. I came here for a blowout and then it turned into something else! If you don’t know how to do a blowout ok.. move on don’t try to cover it with another service that I didn’t ask for. I asked the lady 3 times during my service how much this would cost & she didn’t “hear” me. Whatever, I don’t think I will be coming back the service was ok. I have thick hair btw
Went back today and my daughter loved her hair color and haircut. Yaini is super professional and always gives great advise re hair treatment and does a great job.

It marked a year recently that I’ve been coming to SH salon and I have to say it’s been the best salon I’ve found in Katy since we moved here 2 years ago. The staff, customer service, pricing and especially my hair stylist Nancy have been so good to my hair. I came in with a few pictures (ideas) on what I wanted and Nancy nailed it from the start. My daughter got an awful cut and they curled her hair without asking then charged me for it. They did the same thing to my older daughter when she visited alone (she’s 19) by asking her if she wanted conditioner while they were washing it and she thought they meant regular conditioner because they never explained it would cost extra. Ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money for a Great Clips quality hair cut. Will never go there again. Beware!
