Haven't used this law firm but the consultation was extremely unimpressive and a waste of $25. I would appreciate my time back, but since I can never get that back - money would be nice. As in other reviews, they seemed uninterested and short compared to the other consultations I've recently had.
Called for a consultation and the lawyer was rude and short- I needed advice and for some empathy but they couldn’t wait to get off the phone
I was just rudely hung up on by a gentleman trying to sell me a $150 consultation for 30 mins. Customer service is terrible and the rep lost a potential client because of how unprofessional he was. If he represents the company I’m glad he hung up on me. “Have a nice day”
