BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! Do not believe anything Skip Chavez tells you. He is not a licensed plumber! He acts as if he knows a lot about heaters and water heater installation but has no clue! I asked him to install a tankless water heater and two gas wall heaters believing that he was a licensed plumber. Since August, he managed to install the wall heaters in the wall not to code. Skip installed a propane heater for me in my AirBnB under a very strict timeline. I was hosting guests during the Balloon Fiesta and had only a couple of days to get the work completed . Skip was quick to order, deliver and install a major heater that was quite complex in a short amount of time.
