I just had a high efficiency furnace installed with S&H and I honestly could not be happier with the work. They were on time, worked hard, very knowledgable and also super nice to my 2 year old son when he wanted to say hi to the workers. The finished project was clean and they stuck around to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling work and I will surely be using them for routine maintenance and any other projects I decide to do. I can not say enough about this company. From start to finish, this company has been wonderful to deal with. Skilled, pleasant, professional, and on time! They got the job done in a day. No question about it. Make the right choice go with S&H!
Response by the business to my last review is not accurate. We hired a plumber to come out and look at it because it was still leaking. The real issue was it was never fixed in the first place. And now they’re trying to put everything in our shoes. And especially after they had told us that they would come to think. And now they’re backing out on what they had already told us they would do.
I don't know how these people get five star reviews (they might be reviewing themselves) They are by far the worst service I have ever had. They changed a hot water tank last year that has been leaking ever since and they refuse to fix the problem, even when the tank company guaranteed the tank and sent a new one, they refuse to install it. After a rude answer (Sean Sr.) that they will not do anything, they do not pick up the phone again.
They arrived on time and did a great job of replacing the old oil tank and installing the new one. Explained the process and tank choices. Price was as quoted. Excellent company.
