Terrible customer service, I ordered a second remote for my Kioti tractor and when it arrived it was the wrong part. I received a return label and shipped it back. S&H received it the next week (April 1, 2025) and I was told a refund had been sent. It is now JUly 2, 2025 and I have not received the refund. all contacts, calls, and emails have gone unanswered.
