S+H CONSTUCTION is a complete disaster — unprofessional, careless, and abysmally incompetent. Every bit of work they touched in my home started falling apart within months. Their contractors cut corners, their project manager Tracy and director Ed were dismissive and rude, and the owner hides behind the label of being a “female contractor” while delivering bottom-of-the-barrel quality. A good friend of mine from high school recommended SH for work they had done at his family home nearby. All I can say about the project manager, Tracey, who we worked with is nothing but the highest level of customer service, responsiveness and professionalism. She is smart, really listens and understands your criteria. While renovations can be stressful, with a team like Tracey’s any customer is supported and ready for action.
