It's always a pleasure to work with S&H Construction. They have excellent contractors in any trade you need. Their on-site management keeps all jobs running well and on time.

We worked with S + H Construction on two separate occasions, and I can say without hesitation that they’ve earned our complete and total trust and satisfaction. My husband, an architect, and I have nothing but superlatives to describe the work S+H did remodeling our Lexington home in 2024-25. Everyone we encountered--in the office, on the job, and subcontractors--were skilled professionals. We are completely happy with the remodel and will turn to S+H again when we tackle the last piece, our kitchen.
Last winter, we hired S+H to restore 4 rooms in our house that had been partly demolished to repair ice dam damage. They responded promptly, Tracey Litt was great about coordinating the work and staying in touch with us (we were out of state), their work was impeccable, and they finished on time and under budget. We give them our highest recommendation and would use them again without hesitation.
