I have been waiting a week for a reply to a text to some guy named Alex... I have given them days to reply.. I have nudged them on the text... NOTHING... horrible customer service... you can't get through... I gave a detailed question about a part listed on EBAY wanting clarification on a sensor that is integrated to a cable.. but the picture they show online has no sensor.... so I needed to know before I purchased... I got no help.. no reply.. no call back... HORRIBLE.. how could I trust this company now.
Excellent service. Parts as advertised. Recommends to everybody. I was a little lost coming into the lot, but if you head to the back, you'll see that door directly on the left. Spoke to 2 guys named Alex one, the foremen and the other one, the owner. Parts are very reasonably priced and in good condition. I went to 3 other locations that were overpriced for worse quality down in ironbound, newark. I drove 4 hours to pick up a motorcycle engine, due to traffic I wasn't going to get there till after they closed. Alex was very friendly and told me he would wait. Sale went smoothly, Everything in item description was correct. I would recommend buying from them!
Alex at sh does great business I was told by a mechanic I needed parts that I didn’t need I bought the parts from Alex and came to find I didn’t need the parts he returned everything and continue to try to assist me great guy I recommend his businesses to the entire state
