Just finished up a firearms project with the team here at SGW. The entire process was smooth, easy, and on budget/time. I was given a full timeline and cost of the different aspects of the project, kept in the loop on where we were, updates were prompt, detailed, and included pictures/drawing where needed. My business partner and I learned about SGW in reading “The Lean Startup.” The author used them in a case study, outlining SGW’s ability to follow the lean process, making product development more efficient and cost-effective.
