I cannot say enough great things about SVG Auto Center in Azusa. From the day of my accident on 12/5/2025 all the way through dealing with the tow yard and everything after, Art has been incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive. While my so-called “top notch” Allstate insurance was refusing to provide a rental and even expected me to pay additional out-of-pocket costs, Art stepped in and helped put me in a rental so I wouldn’t be stranded. I’m really impressed with the service at SGV Automotive. From drop-off to pick-up, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff was friendly, responsive, and clearly experienced. They kept me informed without me having to chase updates, and the repair work itself was flawless. My car was returned on time and looked amazing. It’s hard to find a body shop you can truly trust, but SGV Automotive earned it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.
Great work and service
Communicated repair duration and schedule of work. The repair was completed as discussed and within the time frame. Five stars for continual communication and updates which allowed me to plan the rental car return.
Got hung up on mid sentence when asking about a question. The customer service isn’t good. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else I called my insurance and had them change the shop thankfully.
