There was no way to know if the truck had engine issues with engine misfire codes popping up in the diagnostic test? The engine misfire codes should have been taken care of FIRST whether it’s a tune up or whatever the case was. But no they went straight to the transmission . woah these guys are hiring people off the street to work on everybody’s cars! Money hungry shop.
Took my truck in and got Engine Misfire codes they decided to rebuild the transmission with that info instead of fixing what showed in the diagnosis first which were the misfires. Even the mechanics at the dealership said they should’ve took care of the issue with the misfires first. These people are supposed to be professionals but of course just another money hungry auto shop . Be careful out there everybody.
