When my wife's credit card expired the car wash gave her the option to renew at the same price. When I had the same situation, the clerk told me that I could not renew at the same price, that I would have to pay $11 per month more. My wife is still a customer. I am not! UPDATE: Within an hour of posting the above, a young gentleman named Daniel called me. He apologized for the issue and made everything right. This is the membership/amenities I never knew I needed! The wash process is very efficient and there are plenty of vacuum stations that are stocked with towels. The staff is friendly and helpful. But for me, the mat washing station is worth the price of admission! So smart!
