Called them a couple of days ago about a breaker constantly tripping and they were incredibly helpful. They explained what was likely going on over the phone instead of immediately pushing for a service call. I called again today with more questions and they were just as patient and thorough. They explained what precautions to take. Really appreciated their willingness to help without trying to charge unnecessarily.
