Terrible customer service. So many issues, not installing the type of system we originally asked for and then never registering the system with the solar company to ensure monitoring (since they put in a system that we cannot monitor!), and poor follow through when questioned about things. We used them when they were under a different owner originally and were happy, but the new owner was inexperienced and ended up putting in a system (Sun Power) that they no longer represent (less than a year later).
