We are very happy with our new deck! It took them about 3 weeks to build it and we were able to negotiate size and materials in order to fit within our budget. They provided a dumpster and port-a-potty, and their workers were hard working and respectful of our space. They should probably consider changing their contract template, as the original contract they sent did not include the deck specifications in it, but they fixed it after a quick text. Highly recommend SGO Construction! We hired them to replace our old 20 year faded green vinyl siding with Thomas Hardie Boothbay Blue siding and white window trim. This was a huge home renovation, and we were nervous about the process, but SGO Construction made the process easy and calm. The crew was extremely respectful, reliable, and hard working. I had a great experience with Oliver on replacing my back deck on my house. He was understanding about what I wanted to do and answered all my questions regarding the project. He was prompt and detailed in all aspects of my project. I received an estimate the same day he stopped my house to review my project with me. Working with SGO and Siloe was a great experience! Siloe was very honest, and communicative around pricing and the work and parts required, and our attic repair looked great! We fully intend to use SGO in the future for more home improvement work!
