I had to go to SGMC to have a electrophysiology test, I just want each citizen of Valdosta to know I was treated with the best care, the staff just absolutely wonderful!!! All hospitals should SEND there staff to SGMC for training instead of sitting at the nurses station acting like they are busy just drinking a cup of coffee. When you call for help, I always was told I will let your nurse know and that ended the call. Jeff Davis hospital needs your training..

The care was wonderful from the doctor. But you guys need to know when you checked my out you gave me the wrong patients paperwork!!!! I’m calling money to make sure my appointment is on my account and not hers. I think it started when I was put in a room with the wrong paperwork.
