First, they did a "drive by" to provide us with a quote. When they finally arrived to perform the install, the gutters did not match our fascia. They then had to order the correct color so we had to wait several more weeks. When they advised us that the gutters came in, they never returned to do the job! I would never use or recommend this company! I pray for another recession do all these contractors would value the client as it should be!

I recently had gutters installed which I paid in full. After the first rain, I noticed rain dripping between the gutter and the facia which means water was dripping behind my gutter. I placed 6 calls to John at SGI and still have not had a returned call. It should also be noted that John gives the estimate but a different person does the install. There are many other gutter companies out there so don't waste your time on a company who doesn't stand behind their work or have the curtesy to return a phone call.

LOVE our gutters. John did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier ☺️ The type of gutters he uses trim the house beautifully.

Thoroughly happy with my screen enclosure and gutters from SGI! Great service and the installation was very quick. Great prices and the employees are also very nice.

I've left a number of messages and no response. This is before they have gotten any money. Can't imagine how it would be once they have my money!
