*My first negative review online goes to Sal Conte* Absolute nightmare. He owns 21 Princeton in Lavallette,NJ and rents it out through Birchler Realty. He’s clearly just trying to make money and flip the house. No love for the home or respect for his tenants. He turned our week long vacation into a bitter disaster. The home was waiting for a liability. Not only did he refuse to reimburse us for all the headaches his place caused, but he went ahead and stole our security deposit!!
