I've used SGC 6 times already 20 cards per order and I have the 7th one there now. I haven't had a problem with them,their grading process, or customer service. Every message answered in a timely manner. The price is right an like everything in life accidents happens.I will continue to use their services keep up the good work,but I do miss the faster turn around time .....
SGC has clearly slowed down turn around time, but still has quicker turn Around, cheaper prices, and way better customer service then PSA. A lot of the bad reviews were over the transition of extending the turn around
I’ve been collecting for over 35 years and have submitted high-end cards to both PSA and SGC. What SGC has become after merging with PSA is beyond disappointing. The consistency, attention to detail, and collector-first mindset that once made SGC respected in the hobby feels completely gone. The grading industry as a whole has turned into an overpriced assembly line where transparency and consistency seem secondary to volume and profit.
