Their turnaround time is a joke. I've reached out to them twice about my order. Every time I do, the timeline keeps getting pushed out -- it's almost like I'm being punished every time I ask. I pointed out to their rep in my last email that they advertise 40-50 business days; if you can't meet that timeline consistently, you should update your website and be honest about the service you provide. That advice clearly fell on deaf ears. I will likely never do business with this outfit again.
Many positive experiences with SGC. Good customer service, just have slowed down turn around. But still prefer for most cards over PSA unless top of the market gem card perhaps
They were great with grading . I wish some of them instead of getting 9.5 put as 10 for some you know. The turnaround was longer tho, I wish y’all had contact number. Thank you SGC I understand your busy Company. I love SGC and and Beckett
I very much regret conducting business with SGC grading. After waiting extensively for rare cards to be graded through PSA, I looked for options outside of the Collector’s network. However, I quickly learned this was a bad decision as I paid over $500 for a rare, vintage card to be graded through SGC. They took longer than agreed upon to grade the card and when I received the grade, it said “Authentic - Altered”. I've used SGC 6 times already 20 cards per order and I have the 7th one there now. I haven't had a problem with them,their grading process, or customer service. Every message answered in a timely manner. The price is right an like everything in life accidents happens.I will continue to use their services keep up the good work,but I do miss the faster turn around time .....
