Please don’t waste your money. Shailey presented a false sense of compassion that made me believe I could trust her with handling my divorce. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. I have known Shailey professionally for many years. She is board certified in family law and is an outstanding litigator. She fights hard for her clients and brings a wealth of knowledge with her when she handles her cases. She is also a great mediator and advocate. She and her staff are welcoming and extremely professional! I highly recommend her!

During my divorce mediation, Shailey-Gupta-Brietzke was busy looking at her computer screen perhaps preparing for another case. She wanted to settle continuously and my ex and the mediator obtained me more from the divorce. I should have represented myself out of this because this attorney didn’t do anything. The other attorney was fresh out of school and was better than Shailey
