I have been a resident in one of their new properties for the past 10 months. They have failed to complete any of the exterior work, that was to be finished prior to closings. This includes, securing the parking area, finishing sidewalks, and fencing. They have not completed any of the items on the punch list for my unit, as well as several other owners. When contacted, they fail to respond. This includes messages left with administrative staff , up to the President.
