Horrible experience. Took months to complete the job, with zero communication. Even when told days to show up they would ghost or call with excuses. Grass was put in, then died two days later with constant water on our part. I was told “I get final sale for sod and shrubs” and “take care of it” when they were confronted about it. Would never recommend and absolutely steer clear even if your builder uses them.
