Steve and his team are SO good at what they do. His business is the model for how all businesses should run. Incredibly fast and transparent communications and proactive customer service. Recently his team went ahead and proactively shopped rates without us asking and managed to save us about $1,000 a year, which is extra incredible considering that most insurance companies are raising rates these days!
When I bought my first house, Steve got my home and auto insurance set up, and the whole process was super easy and straightforward. Late last year, that insurance company pulled out of Wisconsin, and I made the mistake of not getting back to them to update my policies (entirely my fault; they got me new quotes promptly and did all their due diligence following up).
