These are honestly the nicest people. I am surprised there are so many negative reviews. The opposite of my experience. Robert was great. The staff were very kind. I wish more of my medical offices were like this.
Refuse to sell xeroform to cash customers, only if you have Dr's script and insurance ridiculous
Terrible service never cave out and checked out oxygen machine billing us for service we already paid for very disorganized and rude we bought our own oxygen machine terrible company stay away from this service
Not a good experience. (San Bernardino) Waited first of all to be fitted for an ankle brace. Got the brace it was too large and didn’t fit correctly . I live 1 hour away so it was an inconvenience . Rescheduled which of course I had to wait for an appointment and :hours before appointment was canceled.
SG home care has been wonderful to deal with. Meghan has been an absolute life saver. I have severe obstructive and central sleep apnea and i’m currently using a cpap machine but need a bipap. Dr Sinah is my pulmonologist, yet I’ve never met him nor can i get his office staff to assist me. Megan has been my advocate for better care and assists me at every turn. Wonderful service.
