What a pathetic, incompetent company. Atrocious customer experience. You call, wait on hold, get transferred, wait on hold, only to be told someone will call you back - which they never do. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. They'd rather have their customers die than serve them. After 3 weeks of this nonsense still no appointment for a sleep study.
Thank god, SG Home Care is now part of stance health solutions. This new company is amazing responsive and efficient.
The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. EVERY TIME I call, I am on at least a 50-minute hold. My medical group is contracted with them, and unfortunately, I needed to have a sleep study done. That was over a month ago, and I still have NO RESULTS. I will be filing a complaint with my medical group against this company. I hope they go out of business.
Horrible service, called numerous times and waited over 20 min. every time
Bought a home in Yucca Valley. Previous owner deceased and left 2 cylinders of Oxygen. Called to have them picked up. No show. Guess I will put in dumpster.
