Horrible service, called numerous times and waited over 20 min. every time
Bought a home in Yucca Valley. Previous owner deceased and left 2 cylinders of Oxygen. Called to have them picked up. No show. Guess I will put in dumpster.
Terrible service. Beyond terrible. They overcharged me over $1000 by mistake. I’ve spoken with them multiple times. They have said they will send me equipment and refund Me over and over but it has been 9 months. $1000. How bad can they be at this task?
From point A to Z, I have had nothing but problems with this provider. It started with the claim that the specialist failed to provide the proper settings for the C-pap device with the prescription. Between the neurologist and SG Homecare it literally went back and forth for WEEKS. I asked my insurance carrier to intervene and they were proven unsuccessful.
