I used this back in company 2022 and had no problems whatsoever! I even referred them to my son when he needed a split unit for his home, and everything went smoothly for him as well. Unfortunately, we had John come out in June and install a new split unit that he explained qualified for a $1,000 DTE rebate. We gave him our DTE account info and sat back and waited for our rebate. My 34 yr old unit took a plunge and he had me up and running with a new 4 ton unit in 2 days....impressed. When my unit took a dive I wanted someone local and when I say local, I mean didn't sell off to an out of state entity like others that claim "local" that are nearby. This is really a home grown and operated business and will be on my vendor list for my business and others. Great Price, No Gimmicks, No Bull. I had a great experience with SG installing a new AC unit and water heater. The price was well below what I had in mind and budgeted. John came out and did a great job installing, cleaning and making sure to be very careful to not damage anything in the house while taking out the old unit and bringing in the new one.
