S&G flooring company has left us utterly disappointed. The flooring was terrible, and the installers, customer service, and even the manager, Fernando, were equally awful. They completely failed us. The installation was a nightmare that took over six months to fix the issues. Our fireplace was ruined; chunks of the rock were missing, and one of the rocks even fell off the corner. They came and did measurements and contract was ready before they left. The work was done in one day with great installation outcome.
Amazing experience with this company! We had them come measure our rooms for carpet over a year ago, but we were not able to follow up until this summer. They still had our measurements and estimate on file over a year later and never questioned us why it took so long to follow up or pressured us. They were very professional, both in the office and at our home installing and did the entire project in a couple hours. It looks great and the price was very reasonable! Huge thank you to the entire team!
