S&G needs to vet their third party installers better. The job that was originally done installing our LVP was absolutely unacceptable , sloppy work. Bad cuts, transitions with huge gaps, liquid nails seeping everywhere, trim work cut wrong, you name it. The quality control person agreed, and also explained how WE could get the liquid nails that was slopped on our floors off, which was unappreciated, since we paid a lot of money to have floors properly installed and that isn’t our responsibility. Beyond impressed from the start to the finish. Had amazing service when they came out measured, great communication, and installation and the carpet is amazing and we are very pleased! Highly recommend!!!!!!
