Customer service has gone down hill fast! The new lady at the front desk does not listen and seems unable to book a simple oil change. Now my engine may be ruined because they don't even top up any fluids as a courtesy. You couldn't have taken 10 minutes to check that my oil was dangerously low? Thanks for an expensive mistake. I will never bring my vehicle here again.
I was able to have someone look at my car quickly, given that it was un-driveable. Fixed what they could, and gave me a very reasonable quote for the remaining things that needed to be done. Would highly recommend this friendly and honest couple.
Had my 2015 Jeep serviced there and it runs like new ! Greta service and very professional !
