S&G owner knew we were coming for our TSA enrollment on Wednesday no we didn’t have an appointment but she knew we were a walk in customer only for us to find out there’s a sign on the door today that says closed July 3 fourth and fifth have a great holiday terrible ! today is not a holiday and the fifth is not a holiday inconsiderate business ! people lined up ! drove all the way here just like myself for no service!
S & G Associates is a drug and alcohol testing consortium. IdentoGO is a service located inside this business on select days. S & G hours are 8-4 Monday - Friday. IdentoGO/Idemia hours are applicable for change. Wednesday 11-2 and Thursday 9-2. More days are opened as needed - shown on TSA website. Again S & G and IdentoGO / Idemia are not the same! Only TSA Pre Enrollment, Hazmat, TWIC and FTSP applications are done at this location.
Horrible service. Women in there are very rude and seem to not know or have any info on anything. Concerning what they are doing. Complete joke! Will never go there again.
