My daughter is an high athlete, she had been visiting this office for a month. Recently they had a change of ownership. The new front desk lady is full of attitude. She was not friendly when we called to make appointments, no appointments on this time no appointments on that time, nope nope and nope. So I made an Appointment early in the morning on my day off. I wanted to share my recent experience with your facility, which left me very disappointed. I visited as a walk-in on Wednesday, only to be told upon arrival that walk-ins are only accepted before 4 PM. I was unaware that an urgent care center would have such restrictions, and perhaps your name should better reflect this limitation. Additionally, the young lady at the front desk informed me that walk-ins are accepted only before 3 PM, not 4, and failed to mention that on Fridays, walk-ins close even earlier, at 12 PM. I am totally impressed with both sides of this clinic! Dr Kazdan is amazing and has helped me on the road to recovery…The Physical Therapy is second to none! Chris and Gianna do it right and adjust the therapy sessions accordingly. Session after session has led to improved “range of motion” and less and less pain, week after week! I can’t compliment them enough!
