SFW repaired damage and rot on our place. The crew was professional and kept us up to date on the progress.We are pleased with workmanship.
We had a leak down our chimney and SFW came and created a cricket and put down new flashing. I was told verbatim "This will never leak again" after a $12K fix... and now we have the same leak and mold. Justin initially came back out and tarped our chimney in DECEMBER, admitting he didn't like the previous contractor's work. I appreciated the honesty, but then he went unresponsive. When I have been able to reach Justin or Doreen, they say they'll call back with a plan and never do. It's been nearly EIGHT MONTHS. Buyer beware.
Overall, we had a positive experience with SFW construction and would use them again. We hired them to handle a rotting door frame in the house we bought, and they also handled ensuring some stuck louvres were working properly. Both problems were taken care of and well done. My house was unfortunately hit by random gunfire of a crazed lunatic. SFW was very professional and easy to work with in making the needed repairs. They restored the exterior of my home to like-new condition. I am no longer traumatized by the sight of 3 bullet holes every time I come home. They matched the siding replacement and paint colors perfectly. Thank you and I will be recommending to friends and family!
