SFW Construction helped me strip a lead painted door down to the beautiful bare wood for restoration. They picked up and delivered, and left the vintage door in great shape throughout the process!
Very thorough work. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to carefully investigate the sources of leaks located near one of the downspouts on our balcony as well as in certain areas of our roof. They also discovered and corrected problems with the construction of the chimney that could have eventually led to additional water leaks.
I worked with SFW Construction in December to locate and repair a leak in our townhouse roof that extended into our bedroom ceiling. Throughout the process, Justin (project lead), Brendan, and Bryan did an excellent job of making progress and keeping me informed through routine calls and texts with photos. This was a substantial project on our old garage. It included rebuilding part of a wall and replacing rotten wood. Communication from SFW was EXCELLENT and the workers were professional.
