As a former team supervisor at this facility I would recommend no one to seek employment here. Lowest paying shop in the area with some of the most strict tolerances and difficult products to produce. Management staff is compiled of "yes men" with no back bones. They will not fight for you. The production manager even has a military complex due to his time in the reserves 25 years ago. He's even trying to salvage the silly haircut to this day.
