This is a well deserved follow up review. I had expressed my concerns and disappointment of my service call. Mark willingly accepted my phone call and promptly said he would come out and diagnose the remaining issues. I found Mark to be a dedicated professional. His diagnostic skills were impressive in resolving my hydraulic issues. Mark was the most respectful, polite and likable gentleman!!!
Highly recommended. The receptionist was very welcoming and Austin and Kevin helped me solve my problem with my hydraulic hose.
I use them for my occasional broken hose. Great company. Good people in New Braunfels.
