I highly recommend SFR Property Professionals after the recent sale of a villa. Both Realtors gave positive, honest feedback on how to improve the property for sale. Minor repairs were attended promptly by their contractors to a very high standard. I was kept up to date during the selling period and the settlement was handled smoothly and professionally. I would be happy to use the SFR PP if needed in the future.
Consistently ineffective to deal with. They show up hours late to rental inspections. They give out the wrong numbers of old tenants for gardeners etc. Take your business elsewhere.
Had an amazing experience renting over the past year. Communication was great between SFR and all maintenance issues were responded to very promptly. Would recommend their services again.
