Excellent service. On time and good at arranging call time. Conscientious and very good at explaining the job - obviously knows his stuff. I had drainage problems on a rental which needed a couple of visits - arranged easy enough and he kept me up to speed with everything.
Stefan came out to an emergency boiler leak at short notice over bank holiday weekend. He arrived and promptly replaced the part that was leaking at a very reasonable price. Polite and friendly, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
