Their accounts receivable department is awful. They will hold your orders because they weren't paid for invoices they hadn't even sent you! And also deposit payments and then claim invoices weren't paid. They ruined New Years Holiday sales for my client. Tens of thousands of dollars lost. They are a total mess. They have no business being in business.
