Booked a team load of 2700 miles with these guys that was supposed to be a SAT-TUE load, we went there around 11 AM for the pick up, they told us it will be ready later in the day, we waited at the shipper for the whole day just to get told its not going be ready till the next day which was Sunday, we said okay and waited, Sunday came and we waited for the whole day again and they said it will be ready Monday, we pulled the truck off Sunday night because this load was nothing but a mess, and after driving 300 miles deadhead ... read more

I'm waiting for appropriate rate for bringing this load back after being rejected twice and sitting for 40 hours at receiver and based on the outcome of the process I'll update my review and keep you posted on how to deal with this kind of manipulation tactics.
