Worked with Casey, he was my point of contact for any issues while on the load. He was available weekdays and weekends he did an awesome job with multi drop loads. Will definitely work with him again when needed.
I’ve been working with SFL companies regularly for a couple years now, primarily with Casey Soult. Casey does a great job ensuring the loads go smoothly, he is very fair with rates, and is transparent with the details of the loads. He coordinates the loads very well I never have to ask for pickup/ delivery numbers or show up without appointments already scheduled in advance. We had the opportunity to work with Casey on multiple loads, including several multi-drop deliveries. He was consistently available during business hours and after hours, and he did an excellent job coordinating these more complex shipments. Overall, we had a very positive experience working with him and look forward to doing business together again in the future.
Booked a team load of 2700 miles with these guys that was supposed to be a SAT-TUE load, we went there around 11 AM for the pick up, they told us it will be ready later in the day, we waited at the shipper for the whole day just to get told its not going be ready till the next day which was Sunday, we said okay and waited, Sunday came and we waited for the whole day again and they said it will be ready Monday, we pulled the truck off Sunday night because this load was nothing but a mess, and after driving 300 miles deadhead ... read more
