Loni, Melanie and the team did a fantastic job. Loni assisted me with understanding my business coverage needs and obtaining four solid quotes for me to choose between. She was communicative, pleasant and timely. Then Melanie finished the final steps to get me my certificates while Loni was on PTO. I also use SFI for my personal insurance needs. Highly recommended!
