I have tenant who speaks Spanish. The SFE came to the door and spoke in English. My tenant did not fully understand what was happening. And did not sign the contract. But SFE appear on my tenant’s bill with much higher rate, the original PGW only chagrge 0.5dollar per ccf, now is 1.1. It’s ridiculous that the company is fooling the people who have inability to understand the whole situation and still got sign up by SFE for no permission. This is SCAM
