Bought a replacement Saniflow toilet and just over a year later it was broken. Contacted customer service and was advised that a plumber would have to be hired to troubleshoot the issue to determine if the warranty would apply. It wS determined that the parts would be replaced and I would again have to pay for a plumber to come back to reinstall the parts. Will not return calls or emails regarding Sanicubic1 warranty issue. Failed within 1 year, product cost over 2500 plus plumber labor for install.

Horrible experience. I purchased sanicompact in February 2023 and I to date do not have a functioning toilet. The first two motors they sent me the toilet would flush by itself multiple times a day and while you were going to the bathroom. The most recent motor they sent does not flush and will overflow if you don’t manually turn off the water supply. They told me they would reimburse each time I had to have the motor replaced.
