Horrible experience. I purchased sanicompact in February 2023 and I to date do not have a functioning toilet. The first two motors they sent me the toilet would flush by itself multiple times a day and while you were going to the bathroom. The most recent motor they sent does not flush and will overflow if you don’t manually turn off the water supply. They told me they would reimburse each time I had to have the motor replaced. I installed the Saniflo toilet in April, 2021 and it failed in July, 2021! They claim it's a flawed solenoid valve. So now I have to pay a plumber to come out and fix this poorly made product. This is the biggest mistake I have made in purchasing a product. I'm not happy and would not recommend to others.
