Worst customer service for replacement or parts warranty!!! I’ll use any other system from now on !!
Worst area for trucks with sleeper. They have cars poking out and you have to park blind side in order to dock in .
Bought a replacement Saniflow toilet and just over a year later it was broken. Contacted customer service and was advised that a plumber would have to be hired to troubleshoot the issue to determine if the warranty would apply. It wS determined that the parts would be replaced and I would again have to pay for a plumber to come back to reinstall the parts. After contacting customer service and expressing my displeasure with the product and threatening to leave a bad review, a brand new toilet was sent to me. US Technical Man... read more

Will not return calls or emails regarding Sanicubic1 warranty issue. Failed within 1 year, product cost over 2500 plus plumber labor for install.
