Avoid this group at all costs. We had a simple task - get engineering drawings for an earthquake retrofit since we had a cripple wall over 4ft tall. The plans were not to the states requirements and to date (it has been over 3 months) they have n it returned calls on just needing a signature on their proposed drawings. They already have us out a few thousand dollars at this point and we will be pressing a case in small claims
