Unhinged racist employees
Go to stop sign at north corner of building on N Pomona, turn right and see truck entrance on right. Takes you around building. Check in at unmarked door on south side, receiving was to the right when walking in. Got checked in this morning & unloaded within half an hour! No other trucks there. Receiver brought signed BOL out, no green/red light system.
Agent Lisa A. was very helpful in helping me get a customer's package found and shipped to them in a timely manner. She kept me up to date with what was going on and responded when I needed help or an update. Thank you!
