I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience from quality of work, damaging property, missed promises, professionalism, and awful management. Seriously, save your money and tears. There is no circumstance where hiring this company is worth it.

I would not recommend Handi Services based on our experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our experience has involved what we feel has been a serious lack of management, leadership, communication, accountability, and quality control from start to finish. We started a large renovation process on a home we purchased. We met with Kelly who walked through and gave us a thorough review of what we wanted to accomplish. She was professional and provided some good insight along with suggestions on how to improve our reno ideas. We received multiple bids and SF was competitive. Their bid was detailed to avoid being hit with too many costs later. These guys don't know how to measure or get repairs done when they say they are going to get things done. They complain about the commute to the jobsite when that's their literal job. Never use this company. They left my shower leaking, and failed to properly measure kitchen, and bathroom drawers. They left the drawers on my porch, and abandoned the job.
