The greatest possible service. It elevated our stay. Aaron, our driver, was the best host ever. Not only he took us where we needed to go, he had the best recommendations and made sure we went through the best streets to get the best views. His cars are super comfortable and clean. We could listen to our music, and he was so kind and gentle, all smiles.

So smooth. We had a family of 5 (w/2 car seats) traveling and it could not have been any easier.. They texted when they were on their way and were 15 min early. Ride was spacious and service was great.

There should be an option to rate 0 stars, because SF Black Car doesn't even deserve 1 star. The booking agent on the phone took my reservation, including pickup time (12:30pm) since their site was not working to process credit cards. The agent recommended two vans for 21 passengers. I paid the $800 cost over the phone by giving him my corporate credit card info. On the day of the trip, I received a email that pickup was for 12:00pm, when I had clearly told the agent on the phone that pickup was for 12:30pm. When I called ... read more

Efficient & smooth‼️ Showed up on time plus got me and all of my luggage into the car from my wheelchair with no problems. My driver was so skilled driving through rush hour plus we had a great time chatting. I would to have him again!
