UPDATE- sent email a week ago June 13th and no reply or lien release. It is now June 20th. Even took down the bad reviews which was about 4 in one day. One star is too many than these people even deserve. I’m not into writing bad reviews but I’m hoping this one can help others avoid this place like the plague and avoid the hassle, aggravation and being belittled by grown men. Ive had my car for 3 months and it already shit the bed!! Call the guy NO answer.
Highly recommend getting a vehicle from Matt! He was super nice when my husband, myself and our son went in looking for a “family” vehicle. He put us in what we think was the best one for us! Thank you again Matt and we will be getting more cars from you in the future
So reading ALOT of these reviews and they are accurate. I got a vehicle from him and I have had to put more money into it then what I am paying for the vehicle. I was having to put oil in the truck every two day until I switched to synthetic oil I had to do brake rotors and calipers ALL the way around the truck a new starter the traction control on and I have mentioned it every time I made my payment and it won't go off. I do not recommend buying a become from SF Auto. We’ve had issue after issue in dealing with Matt. He’s rude and a liar. Still waiting after over a month for our registration. Doesn’t even bother to clean the car or attempt to make it look nice when you buy it. We’ve had to fight tooth and nail for problems to be fixed (check engine line and an engine code) it was finally fixed but the back and forth and not having the vehicle needed took a month.
